Cancellation Policy

At MAE Salon + Wellness we recognize that your appointments are as important to us as they are to you! We kindly ask that should you need to reschedule an appointment, you do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

 

This allows us to accommodate those who might be on a waiting list with fingers crossed, which could be you some day. We understand that life gets busy so we promise to do our part and send you plenty of reminders to confirm or reschedule your appointment.

Cancelling within 48 hours will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled service amount.

No Call, No Shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. Should this be an ongoing challenge, you will be required to pre-pay for your service upon booking.

All missed appointment fees must be paid before your next visit with us. No Exceptions.
