Our mission at Mae Salon and Wellness is to provide our guests with a luxurious and rejuvenating Hair Color session. We have a passion for reinventing our community by redefining self-care beyond the beauty industry, one client at a time. We aim to create a whole and balanced experience resulting in an energetic shift as our clients continue to move through their world looking and feeling their best.
Who We Are
We are a High End Luxury Hair Color and Extensions salon. At Mae we saw an opportunity to redefine the industry for artists and clients. We aim to support our team in sharing an equal devotion to the salon, while enabling artist’s independence through managing their own books and partaking in 4-day work weeks. We coach our artists in building and maintaining healthy relationships and boundaries with their clients, as well as building a professional career that supports them to thrive outside of work. We thrive in the small business community by hosting Co-hosted events with other small businesses like us! We offer and encourage our guests and staff to join our in-house New/Full Moon Meditations, Sound Baths, Cleansing Ceremonies, Yoga, Arts and crafts classes, learning how to implement the use of plants and minerals to balance energy in our homes and bodies and more!
After working in several industry standard salon environments, we built a unique sliding scale commission structure that provides opportunities for artists to exceed their financial goals and set their life outside of the salon up for success. We take pride in our team culture, supporting one another to ensure each client leaves our environment with an impactful experience. From the apprentice level to our owner, everyone plays a balanced supportive role to create a happy, stress-free work environment for everyone.

Who are you?
You’re an independent, artist minded stylist who’s seeking something greater than the current industry standard has to offer. You found the ‘Who are We’ section as something that truly resonates with the type of team you want to continue your career with. You excel in custom/lived in colors and or extensions. You want to create your own schedule and are eager for coaching to achieve professional and financial goals. Providing exceptional customer service sits at your core and comes natural to you. You are mindful of the energy you bring into the salon and your personal life to deliver harmonic balance for yourself and your clients.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS

We are currently looking for stylists that are established minimum 3+ years in the industry

A solid understanding of color theory

Confident in explaining processes to new talent Co-Artists

Exceptional customer service
